Let Our Family Treat Your Family

Dr. Michael Robinson

Dr. Michael Robinson was born and raised in Coventry, Rhode Island (although he is a big Boston Red Sox fan). He moved to Miami in 1987 to attend the University of Miami, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and becoming inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society as an alum. He later received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1995. Since returning to Miami to work in private practice, Dr. Robinson has remained an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, International Team for Implantology, and Academy for Sports Dentistry. Dr. Robinson works alongside Dr. Leyte-Vidal as the team dentists for the Miami Heat, University of Miami Hurricanes, and Florida International University Panthers.

Dr. Robinson is also married to his college sweetheart and has two daughters following their father’s footsteps and pursuing dentistry. He is an avid golfer, has been to thirteen (and counting) U2 concerts in his lifetime, and has an impressive memory for classic movie script lines. Our patients find him hilarious and often cry of laughter at his jokes!

Dr. Marco Leyte-Vidal

Dr. Marco Leyte-Vidal was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Miami, Florida in 1967. He graduated from the University of Miami in 1982 with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and was inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society as an alum. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1986. While practicing dentistry in the private setting, Dr. Leyte-Vidal also taught for five years as an Assistant Professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Dentistry. He served two terms as President of the Riviera Dental Study Club and is a Fellow of the Academy of Sports Dentistry. He maintains active memberships in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, International Team for Implantology, and Academy for Sports Dentistry.

Dr. Leyte-Vidal is married to his college sweetheart and has three kids and two grandsons. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, listening to Dave Matthews Band while he works, and cultivating orchids. Patients often joke around that he should have been named “Marco Angelo” for being a perfectionist in his artistic dental skills!

With our commitment to extremely high standards, state-of-the-art equipment, and ongoing education, patients patients experience exceptional dental care. Our staff is comprised of highly qualified individuals who are eager to serve you and make your experience the most pleasurable. All of our work is done under illuminated magnification and with certified materials to ensure the highest quality results. We have also made the change to digital x-rays, which provide rapid acquisition time, enhanced imaging, and minimal radiation.

Our doctors often attend continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the newest innovations in dentistry regarding implants, trauma, and cosmetic dentistry, and routinely incorporate these techniques into their practice. In addition, we are frequently asked to lecture, both locally and nationally, on dental trauma and sports dentistry. We are the official team dentists for the Miami Heat, University of Miami, Florida International University, Coral Reef High School, Palmer Trinity School, and have served as consultants for the Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, United States National Soccer team, and the Miami soccer venue during the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.
